Keith Stephens

Keith Stephens is an experienced professional in the nuclear plant operations field, currently serving as Director of Nuclear Plant Operations at Tennessee Valley Authority since January 2011. Key responsibilities include managing significant outage operations for multiple units and supporting emergency preparedness as Site Emergency Director. Previous roles include Operations Shift Manager, Senior Reactor Operator, and various positions related to chemistry and environmental management. This diverse experience is complemented by a Master of Science in Engineering Management from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and a Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Engineering Technology from Excelsior University, along with military experience as a Naval Nuclear Plant Operator.
