Robert Rogers has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Robert began their career in the US Navy as a Nuclear Machinist Mate, where they were responsible for maintenance operations on various equipment. Robert later joined Bosch North America as a Set-Up Mechanic, where they were in charge of preventive and corrective maintenance for manufacturing machines. After that, they worked as a Seasonal Wildland Firefighter at the Bureau of Land Management, focusing on wildfire suppression activities. Prior to that, they served as a Field Service Technician at Exterran, specializing in troubleshooting and repair of compressors, pumps, and engines in the oil and gas industry. More recently, Robert worked at Arizona Public Service as a Control Room Supervisor Trainee and a Licensed Reactor Operator, ensuring the safe operation and maintenance of a pressurized water reactor. Currently, they are an Operations Lead Instructor at Tennessee Valley Authority. Additionally, they also volunteered as a Lion for Lions Clubs International.

Robert Rogers attended Kingman High School from 2001 to 2005, where they earned their high school diploma in General Studies. Later, from 2005 to 2007, they studied Nuclear/Nuclear Power Technology/Technician at the Nuclear Power School - Naval Nuclear Power Training Command (NNPTC), but it is not specified if they obtained a degree during this time.
