Stephanie Prager

Stephanie Prager is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as the Senior Manager for the General Counsel & OGC Operations at the Tennessee Valley Authority since October 2018, with additional roles as Senior Advisor and Senior Consultant within the organization. Prior experience includes serving as an Attorney and Law Clerk at Breeding Carter Crippen, PC from October 2012 to October 2018, and working as a Commercialization Analyst at the University of Tennessee Research Foundation from May 2012 to May 2013. Stephanie's early career included internships with the Tennessee Court of Criminal Appeals and the West Virginia Legislature, along with a role as a Graduate Research Assistant at West Virginia University Industrial Extension. Academically, Stephanie holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Tennessee, a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from West Virginia University, and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and Government and Psychology from West Virginia University.
