Josée Noiseux

Josée Noiseux is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in legal practice and board governance. Currently serving on the Board of Tennis Canada and the Montreal Contemporary Art Museum, Josée holds key roles in various committees focusing on events, infrastructures, governance, and human resources. Previous leadership experience includes serving as President and CEO of the Montreal Heart Institute Foundation and General Manager for Advancement & Partnerships at NewCities. A former partner in the Litigation Group at Norton Rose Fulbright/Ogilvy Renault, Josée specialized in construction law, civil liability, and crisis management. Additionally, Josée has contributed to legal education as a guest lecturer at both Université de Montréal and École du Barreau. Educational qualifications include a Certified Corporate Director designation from Collège des administrateurs de sociétés, a Bachelor in Civil Law from McGill University, and a Bachelor in Biology from Université de Sherbrooke.
