Amber Pitkin, MBA, PMP®, currently serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Tenova LLC, where responsibilities include overseeing recruitment efforts and developing talent acquisition strategies. Previous experience includes roles as a Technical Recruiter and DoD Skillbridge Sourcing Coordinator at HireMilitary and a Human Resources Manager in the United States Air Force, where Amber served as a principal adviser on human capital strategy and led initiatives impacting over 300 employees. Additionally, Amber held various managerial positions focusing on project and program management, operations management, and training development. Academic achievements include a Master of Business Administration, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, and ongoing studies towards a Master of Science in Human Resources Management.
