Glendis Arias

Glendis Arias has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Glendis is currently working as a Senior QA Engineer at Tenpo since December 2020. Before this, they worked at VATES - Software as a Software Engineer from December 2019 to November 2020. Prior to that, Glendis was an IT Specialist Engineer for Entel Chile at ITQ LATAM in 2019. Glendis also served as a QA Analyst at VATES - Ingeniería en Software from February 2017 to January 2019. Glendis has significant experience working for PDVSA Petroleos de Venezuela S.A., where they held various roles such as Senior Technical Support Analyst, Needs and Opportunities Management Analyst, Integral Support Analyst, and Application Analyst. During their tenure at PDVSA, they successfully planned, designed, developed, and implemented technological solutions, managed projects, and contributed to process improvement and information system proposals. Additionally, Glendis completed an internship as a Trainee at PDVSA Maturín, where they developed a Libre Software Information System for financial process control, significantly enhancing the efficiency and availability of data.

Glendis Arias earned a degree in Systems Engineering from Universidad Nacional Experimental Politécnica 'Antonio José de Sucre' from 2000 to 2006. The field of study for this degree was Informatics Engineering and Telecommunications. From 2008 to 2012, Glendis Arias attended Universidad Yacambú, where they obtained a specialization in Network and Telecommunications Management.

In addition to their formal education, Glendis Arias has also obtained several certifications. In July 2019, Glendis Arias earned the DEVOPS ESSENTIALS PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATE (DEPC) from CertiProf. They also received the SCUM MARTER PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATE (SMPC) in April 2019, the SCRUM FOUNDATION PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATE (SFPC) in March 2019, and the SCRUM PRODUCT OWNER PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATE (SPOPC) in March 2019, all from CertiProf.
