Jon was responsible for achieving top line revenues and bottom line profitability, developing business plans and strategies, managing sales and marketing teams, implementing organizational changes for future growth, recruiting and developing staff, overseeing digital and printed marketing materials, defining sales processes, managing key customer relationships, and executing strategic opportunities.

- Vice President of Sales at Crane Materials International from April 2012 to November 2016. Jon helped manufacture innovative construction products that provide sustainable solutions with high performance and cost savings.

- Director, Grade Separation Solutions at Tensar International Corporation from July 2001 to April 2012. Jon conducted market and financial analysis for the Grade Separation business, supervised marketing and sales for various applications, and provided oversight for licensees and distributors.

Jon Ridgway attended Sprayberry High School from 1987 to 1991. Jon then enrolled in Penn State University from 1991 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
