Paige Coxsey

Paige Coxsey started working at USC Viterbi School of Engineering in May 2018 as an IT Student Assistant. In this role, they supported IT technicians in providing services to over 3,000 faculty and staff members. Their responsibilities included hardware installation and remote phone support. Paige gained experience in handling day-to-day IT needs for large facilities and effectively communicating technical processes to non-technical customers.
