Katy Cottingham

Katy Cottingham is an accomplished recruitment professional with extensive experience in technical recruiting across various high-profile technology companies. Currently serving as the Head of Hardware Recruiting at Tenstorrent Inc. since April 2023, Katy previously held the position of Technical Recruiting Lead at Google, where responsibilities included managing recruiters for a confidential R&D project. Prior to Google, Katy was the Technical Recruiting Lead for Apple Europe, focusing on a GPU silicon team and initiating the division's University Program. Earlier career roles include leading recruitment efforts at Canary, Qualcomm, LG Electronics, Sempra Energy, and NextWave Wireless, demonstrating a strong background in technical and leadership recruitment. Katy holds a B.S. degree with a double major in Marketing and Human Resources from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business.
