Brad started their career as a Canon Copier Service Technician at IKON Office Solutions, where they provided customer support and maintenance on High Speed Canon Copiers for corporate accounts. Brad then worked at TV Guide Interactive as a Technical Systems Specialist, where they represented the Operations Department on software release projects and tested cable set-top box and data-feed software releases. Brad also served as a Manager of Customer Service, where they managed a team of over 20 individuals and worked with Product Development to troubleshoot GUI problems and test changes. Additionally, they were a Database Application Analyst and a Customer Service Technician at TV Guide Interactive, where they acted as a liaison between Product Development and Operations, created test cases for GUI upgrades, and maintained daily updates to sports programming schedules. Brad later joined TVGN as a Sr. QA Engineer and Desktop Services support, where they tested and implemented software releases of TV Guide Network enterprise applications, built and managed the QA Test environment, and created test plans for software releases. Brad'smost recent role was at Tenstreet, LLC as a Technical Operations professional, where they were responsible for various technical tasks.
Brad Asche attended Tulsa Community College from 1997 to 2004. During this time, they pursued a Liberal Arts degree with a focus on Electronics, Engineering, and Computer Science.
