Alexandra Scherbich has over 18 years of experience in marketing and B2B marketing. Alexandra is currently serving as the Global Head of Demand Generation & B2B Marketing at Tenth Revolution Group since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Global Head of B2B Marketing at Frank Recruitment Group from April 2019 to January 2022. Alexandra also has experience as a Marketing Manager at Frank Recruitment Group from July 2012 to 2019. Alexandra has worked as a Marketing Manager at Gulf Jobs Market from February 2009 to June 2012. Alexandra's early career includes a brief stint as a Marketing Manager at Camelot Tours Ltd in 2008 and as a Project Assistant promoted to Project Manager at Marketing Service Bureau, Kyrgyzstan from March 2003 to September 2005.

Alexandra Scherbich obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Marketing/Management from the American University of Central Asia in 2005. In 2008, they completed their MA in Marketing Communications from the University of Westminster. Additionally, they obtained certifications including "Fundamentals of Next-Gen Marketing" from 6sense in 2021 and "Salesforce Certified Pardot Specialist" from Salesforce in 2019.
