Binika Liu

Binika Liu is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership development and training. Currently serving as the Global Head of Leadership Development at Tenth Revolution Group since March 2019, Binika has successfully held positions such as Vice President of Global Leadership Development and L&D Manager for USA Management Training. Prior to this role, Binika worked at Randstad UK from September 2013 to March 2019 as a Senior L&D Sales Professional, where responsibilities included creating and delivering high-performance inductions and developing leadership programs. Binika's career began at Phones 4u as a Flagship Retail Store Manager, achieving significant sales growth and team development. Binika holds a Bachelor's degree in Fine Art and Art History from the University of Sunderland, along with additional qualifications in Human Biology.
