Mathijs Huibers

Mathijs Huibers is an accomplished professional in the recruitment industry, currently serving as Director Benelux at both Tenth Revolution Group and Frank Recruitment Group since April 2023, where responsibilities include P&L management and oversight of IT recruitment divisions. Prior to these roles, Mathijs was Head of Huxley Netherlands from December 2010 to April 2023, leading the Dutch entity and managing multiple offices while maintaining P&L accountability. Mathijs's extensive recruitment experience encompasses leadership positions in various sectors, including IT, supply chain, and engineering. Additionally, independent research on political participation in Venezuela was conducted while studying for a master's thesis at the University of Amsterdam.
