Steven Willis has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Steven has held various roles in the IT industry, primarily focusing on service delivery and management. From 2000 to 2007, they worked as an IT Manager at G4S. Following this, they served as an IT Manager at Shared Interest Society from 2008 to 2011. In 2011, they worked as an Infrastructure Consultant at Obsequens IT and briefly as a 3rd Line Email and Internet Support Officer at Northumberland County Council. From 2012 to 2013, they were an IT Operations Manager at Sunderland College and later as an ICT Manager at Northumberland National Park Authority until 2014. In 2014, they worked as an ICT Operations Manager at GDST (The Girls' Day School Trust), where they played a crucial role in merging two independent schools' IT infrastructure. Steven then joined the Northumberland National Park Authority as an ICT Manager in 2013, where they focused on cost reduction and IT service development. From 2015 to 2022, they held the position of IT Service Delivery Manager at Frank Recruitment Group, where they were responsible for managing the organization's IT service management portfolio. Presently, they are the Head of Service Delivery at Tenth Revolution Group, leading the organization's service delivery operations.

Steven Willis attended Whitley Bay High School until 1988. In 2017, they obtained the ITIL Foundation certificate in IT Service Management from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT.
