Barbara Amabile

Barbara Amabile has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Barbara started their most recent role as a Business Analyst at Tential Solutions in February 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Corporate Brokers for over 15 years, initially as a Business Operations Manager, where they handled various financial and administrative tasks, and later as a Business Analyst.

Barbara also worked as an Office Manager at Paul Carpenter Associates, Inc. from 2004 to 2010, where they were responsible for client invoicing, financial reporting, and employee payroll administration. Before that, they were a Job Cost Accountant/Office Manager at Paul Davis Restoration of Morris County from 2002 to 2005, where they managed job cost accounting and performed general administrative duties.

In the earlier part of their career, Barbara worked as an Information Technology Specialist at IBM Global Services from 1998 to 2002, where they supported web and UNIX-based financial and information management applications. Barbara also worked as an artist in a self-employed capacity from 1994 to 1998.

Barbara began their career at AT&T Bell Laboratories in 1981, where they held roles as an Application Systems Specialist and then as an Associate Programmer/Senior Programmer. In these positions, they were involved in software design, development, testing, and maintenance, as well as end-user training and support.

Barbara Amabile obtained their BS degree in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics from the University at Albany, SUNY. Barbara attended the university from 1977 to 1981. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Huntington High School in Huntington, NY from 1974 to 1977. In addition to their formal education, Barbara obtained a certification as a Notary Public from the State of New Jersey Notary Public Commission in September 2013.
