Matthew McClimans

Matthew McClimans has a diverse work experience with a focus on recruiting and customer service. Matthew is currently working as an Associate Recruiter at Tential Solutions since February 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Recruiter at ASPHIRE Staffing from July 2021 to February 2022. Before entering the recruiting industry, Matthew gained valuable customer service experience as a Runner at Sunshine Valet from January 2020 to July 2021. Matthew also worked as a School Support Specialist at Script from September 2020 to May 2021. Matthew's earlier experiences include roles at Chick-fil-A-Franchise, where they served as a Grand Opening Front of House Trainer from September 2019 to June 2020 and as a Front of House Team Member / Back of House Leader from March 2015 to June 2020. Matthew also worked as a Marketing Intern at Chick-fil-A-Franchise from May 2019 to August 2019. Earlier in their career, Matthew served as a Public Relations Ambassador / Stage Manager at Florida College in the summer of 2017.

Matthew McClimans completed their education at Florida College from 2016 to 2020, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General. Prior to that, they attended North Gwinnett High School from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained their High School Diploma with a major in General Studies. In addition to their degree, Matthew has obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including Microsoft Teams Quick Tips, Recruiting Talent with Social Media, Talent Sourcing, How to Effectively Deliver Criticism, and Increasing Confidence by Increasing Self-Awareness. These certifications were obtained between April 2022 and December 2022.
