Camila McKenzie

Camila McKenzie has a diverse work experience. Camila began their career at Universidad Militar Nueva Granada, where they worked as an English Second Language Tutor from June 2010 to December 2013. Subsequently, they joined CDM Smith as a Marketing Administrative Assistant from January 2014 to August 2015, where they were responsible for document editing, copy-editing, and proofreading, as well as supporting social responsibility events. Camila then worked at Clarion Events as a Marketing Assistant Intern from September 2017 to December 2017, during which they contributed to various marketing activities and provided onsite event support. Camila further pursued their education at BPP University as a Masters Student from September 2016 to June 2018. Currently, Camila is employed at Tenzo, where they started in September 2018. Camila has held various roles, including HR Office Manager and their current position as People and Culture Manager. In their roles at Tenzo, Camila has managed recruitment, onboarding, and training processes, coordinated HR administrative functions, and represented the company at recruitment events and conferences.

Camila McKenzie's education history begins in 2011, when they enrolled in Universidad EAN and completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Modern Languages in 2014. Afterward, in 2016, they attended BPP University, where they pursued an Msc International Marketing degree until 2018. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Human Resources Foundations certification from LinkedIn in March 2020, and the Online Marketing Fundamentals qualification from IAB in May 2017.
