Saara Konttinen

Saara Konttinen has extensive experience in the music publishing industry, currently serving as Administration and Licensing Manager and Publishing Manager at Warner Music Finland since January 2008. In addition, Konttinen has been a Board Member of Teosto since May 2018 and Vice Chair since May 2023, representing the interests of nearly 36,000 Finnish and three million foreign music creators. As a Board Member of The Finnish Music Publishers Association since April 2016, Konttinen also advocates for Finnish music publishers. Previous roles include Project Manager at Warner Music Finland from 2008 to 2015 and Assistant in the finance and administration department at BMG Finland Oy from July 2000 to December 2004. Konttinen holds a Master’s degree in Economics with a focus on Leadership from Helsingin kauppakorkeakoulu, completed in 2007.
