Randy Dailing

Randy Dailing has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Randy started their career as a Superintendent at the International Association of Bridge, Structural, Ornamental and Reinforcing Ironworkers Local 396 in 1988, where they worked until 2003. Following that, they joined Edward Jones as a Senior Systems Administrator from 2006 to 2011. Randy then served as the Build & Release Supervisor at Scottrade from 2011 to 2014 before becoming the IT Desktop Services Manager at Cassidy Turley from 2014 to 2015. Randy continued their career at Concordia Publishing House as a Senior Programmer / Analyst from 2015 to 2018. Randy then joined BJC HealthCare and held the roles of Lead Business Analyst from 2018 to 2021 and BI Solutions Developer from 2021 to 2022. Randy's next position was as a Senior Software Engineer at Cotiviti from 2022 to 2022. Currently, they are working as a Senior Application Developer at Teq, starting in February 2023. With their extensive background in various roles and industries, Randy brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to their work.

Randy Dailing began their education by earning a high school diploma from Quincy Senior High in 1985. Following that, they attended St. Louis Community College from 2003 to 2005, where they obtained an Associate of Arts degree in General Studies. In 2004, Randy enrolled at University of Missouri-Saint Louis and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science in 2006. During the same period, they also completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from the same institution. In 2016, Randy pursued further education and obtained a Certificate in Database Technology from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis in 2017. Most recently, Randy attended Maryville University of Saint Louis from 2019 to 2020, where they completed a Master of Science degree in Software Development. Additionally, Randy has obtained several certifications, including ITIL v3 Service Transition from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2014, ITIL v3 Foundation from CSME, Inc. in 2013, and American Mensa Member from American Mensa in 2005. More recently, they obtained a Notary Public certification from the State of Missouri in 2022. Randy also has additional certifications in various data models, such as Caboodle Data Model, Clarity Data Model, Cogito, and Revenue Data Model, all from Epic.
