Mike Shwam has extensive experience in the wine and spirits industry, working for companies such as Ste. Michelle Wine Estates, CANTEEN Spirits, and Tequila Komos. With a background in sales management and business development, Mike has successfully managed relationships with distributors, chain accounts, and independent retailers. Mike also has experience in training and motivating teams for success, as seen during their time at Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits. Mike holds an Associate of Arts degree in Fire Technology from Santa Ana College and has a strong educational background from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and Orange Coast College.
