Daniel Collins is a seasoned Programme Manager at the United Nations ESCAP since November 2020 and has concurrently served as a Senior Project Planner at Mornington Peninsula Shire since October 2020. With a robust background in transport engineering, Daniel held positions as Senior Transport Engineer on contracts with both the City of Melbourne and Frankston City Council in early 2020 and mid-2019, respectively. Prior experience includes roles as Acting Team Leader - Traffic and Transport and Traffic and Road Safety Engineer at Mornington Peninsula Shire from 2016 to 2018. Daniel began a career in engineering with earlier roles as Production Draftsman and Building Assistant at Devine Limited and as Section Waiter at Woodland House. Daniel's educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil and Infrastructure from RMIT University, a Diploma in Civil Drafting and Civil Engineering CAD/CADD from Melbourne Polytechnic, and a Diploma in Civil Engineering from Lambeth College.
