Michael Molloy

Michael (Sean) Molloy is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in customer success, consultancy, and risk management. Currently serving as the Customer Success Director at TeraDact, an AI/ML Information Security company, Michael is also the Co-Founder and President of Blue Ocean Resources, a nonprofit organization dedicated to sustainable ocean development. In addition, Michael holds the position of Managing Partner at Caerleon Group, a strategy consultancy that supports local firms in international growth. Previous roles include Director of Corporate Risk Consulting for Hill & Associates Limited and Partner at Control Risks, where extensive consulting in crisis and security was provided across Greater China and North Asia. Michael's academic background encompasses international business and studies with advanced degrees from The Fletcher School at Tufts University and the University of Montana, complemented by various educational experiences abroad.
