Steven del Gaizo

Steven Del Gaizo currently serves as a Senior Customer Program Manager at TeraDAR since June 2025. Prior to this, Steven held the position of Senior Manager at Luminar Technologies, where responsibilities included executing programs for major automotive clients and overseeing a substantial budget, ultimately leading to significant advancements in LiDAR technology for autonomous driving. Steven's extensive experience at General Motors included roles such as Lead Program Manager for Autonomous Vehicles, where execution of successful AV programs was achieved, and President of GM PLUS, where inclusive policies for the LGBTQ+ community were developed. Steven holds a Master's of Science in Mechanical Engineering from UC San Diego and a Bachelor's of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at El Paso.
