Jette Bay Withers

Jette Bay Withers is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate legal matters. Currently serving as General Counsel for both Universal Robots A/S and Mobile Industrial Robots A/S since February 2019, Jette represents these companies in all legal matters. Additionally, since October 2020, Jette has held the position of EMEA Regional Counsel for Teradyne, leading the legal department for Teradyne's Industrial Automation Group and managing compliance and commercial legal issues across several subsidiaries. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Procurement Officer for the State of Texas, overseeing a $3 billion procurement operation, and as Deputy General Counsel for Contracts, leading a legal team in managing complex government contracts. Jette began a legal career at Haynes and Boone, LLP as a Finance Attorney. Jette holds a Juris Doctorate from St. Mary's University School of Law, an MBA from St. Edward's University, and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Aarhus University.
