Michelle Randall-Berry

Michelle Randall-Berry has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and talent management roles. Michelle currently works at Teradyne as the Global Head of Talent, overseeing various talent functions including acquisition, development, management, leadership, and diversity. Prior to this, they held positions at IGT, Cabot Corporation, Iron Mountain, Fidelity Investments, and Citizens Bank, where they focused on global talent acquisition, executive recruiting, and asset management talent acquisition program management. Michelle has a strong background in recruiting and talent strategy, and their expertise spans multiple industries.

Michelle Randall-Berry has a Master of Science degree in Management from Lesley University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Work from Anna Maria College. Michelle also attended Wayland High School. In addition to their degrees, they have obtained certifications in "Fostering Inclusion and Diversity" from the Yale School of Management and in "Korn Ferry Leadership & Potential Assessments" from Korn Ferry.
