Dan Kamien

Dan Kamien currently serves as the Head of Global Emerging Talent at Western Digital since September 2025. Prior to this position, Dan held various roles at Cisco from January 2019, including People Consultant M&A Integration and Head of Global Emerging Talent, Events, & Programs. Dan has also contributed as an Advisor at Education Design Lab and as an Advisory Board Member for the U.S. Department of Labor. Dan's earlier experience includes serving as Sr Manager of Human Resources at ATI Physical Therapy, MBA Recruitment Business Partner at IBM, Managing Consultant and Manager of Global Early Career Recruiting at Nielsen, and University Recruiting & Program Manager at UScellular. Dan is an alumnus of the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
