Yoel Wigoda Kaver

Yoel Wigoda Kaver is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in software and hardware engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Teradyne since April 2017, Yoel oversees software engineering, QA engineering, and product engineering for the Nextest Business Unit in Costa Rica, managing a team of nine engineers and leading projects in big data analytics, embedded software development, UI/UX, and software sustaining. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Software Engineer and Hardware Validation Engineer at Intel Corporation, where involvement included simulation and testing for processor validation, as well as earlier positions at Teradyne focused on digital software engineering. Yoel holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Business Administration from INCAE Business School and a Master of Science in Analytics from Georgia Institute of Technology, further demonstrating a solid foundation in both technical and managerial disciplines.
