Rashida Prattis

Rashida Prattis is an accomplished UX Design Lead at Terakeet since July 2023, bringing extensive experience in design and digital transformation. Previously, Rashida served as Head of Design and Digital Transformation at Junto Health from November 2014 to August 2023, where responsibilities included conducting custom workshops, brand design, and marketing strategy development. As the Founder of Prattis Method & Designs (September 2013 - August 2023), Rashida worked closely with executives and managed a global design team, serving notable clients such as Spotify and Johnson & Johnson. Additional roles include CX Strategy Director at MERGE (April 2021 - October 2021), Lead Designer & Agile Coach at PraxisFlow (April 2016 - May 2018), and Senior UX & Visual Designer at The Library Corporation (March 2013 - June 2015). Early career experience includes positions at BBDO as a Junior Art Director and as an Art Direction Intern at Dead As We Know It. Rashida holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Communication Design from Parsons School of Design - The New School (2007 - 2011).
