Sumon Banerjee

Sumon Banerjee is an experienced professional in intelligent automation and emerging technologies, currently serving as Director of Intelligent Automation at Teranet Inc. since October 2018. At Teranet, Sumon leads generative AI assessments and the RPA Center of Excellence (CoE), driving productivity and process efficiency. Previously, Sumon worked as a Senior Consultant at CGI, where responsibilities included RPA project delivery and establishing an Agile CoE for a major banking client. Sumon's experience also includes a managerial role at EY focused on business process re-engineering for a global mining client, a Six Sigma Black Belt position at Maple Leaf Foods, and leadership development at PepsiCo. An alumnus of the University of Cincinnati and McGill University, Sumon holds advanced degrees in Computer Engineering and Operations and Supply Chain, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Jadavpur University.
