Rinat Oren serves as the VP of HR at TeraSky, having previously held the position of VP, People and Culture at Montara Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing HR activities, talent acquisition, onboarding, organizational development, and coaching for managers. Rinat has extensive experience in HR leadership roles, including Director of People & Culture at Medallia Digital and Director of HR at Kaymera Technologies, where contributions included establishing HR structures, developing training programs, and managing employee lifecycle activities. Earlier in the career, Rinat worked as a Recruitment Manager at RSA and as a Staffing Specialist at Texas Instruments, showcasing a strong background in recruitment and staffing. Rinat holds an MBA in Business Administration and a BA in Behavioral Science from The College of Management Academic Studies.
