Adriana Olivares García

Adriana Olivares García has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Adriana started their career at BC&A Ingenieros Consultores in 2007 as a Development Analyst, where they were responsible for the development of a monitoring system for PDVSA. Adriana then progressed to the role of Development Team Coordinator, leading the development team and overseeing product analysis and workshops.

In 2010, Adriana joined DBAccess as a Business Solution Lead, where they gathered information, designed solutions, and managed product requirements for customers. Adriana later became a Project Manager, handling various project management tasks and leading a multidisciplinary team to achieve technological goals.

After their time at DBAccess, Adriana worked at Corporación Amagi as a Project Manager, where they were involved in project planning, methodology definition, and management of a Core Banking change project for an Investment Bank. Adriana also participated in a consulting agency startup for SMBs.

In 2019, Adriana co-founded UKU PAY and Bamboo Tech Solutions. At UKU PAY, they served as a Co-founder, while at Bamboo Tech Solutions, they were involved in business development, concept creation, and software product design.

Most recently, Adriana joined Teravision Technologies in 2020 as a Project Manager, where they fulfilled roles as both a Senior Project Manager and a Project Manager/Scrum Master.

Following that, they pursued further specialization and attained an Especialista degree in Project Management from the same institution from 2010 to 2012.
