Tony Fracchia

Tony Fracchia is an experienced development professional currently serving as Vice President of Development at Terawatt since May 2023, previously holding the position of Senior Director of Development. Prior to Terawatt, Tony worked at Goldrich Kest from June 2021 to May 2023 as Director of Development, overseeing a $1 billion development pipeline across California. Tony's earlier roles at Aimco, where work spanned from November 2014 to June 2021 as Senior Director of Development, included leading project teams through all phases of development, alongside a tenure as Director of Development and Project Manager. Initial career experiences at Neubauer Electric from August 2009 to October 2014 involved managing operations and large-scale projects in Southern California. Tony holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
