Ibrahim Dahlstrom-Hakki is a Senior Research Scientist at TERC since December 2018, with a rich background in academia and research focused on effective teaching approaches for students with learning disabilities (LD), ADHD, and autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Prior to this role, Ibrahim served as the Director of the Landmark College Institute for Research and Training and an Associate Professor, where the focus was on providing professional development for educators and conducting research in STEM education for challenged student populations. Additional academic positions include Term Faculty Member at SIT Graduate Institute, Assistant Visiting Professor at Mount Holyoke College, Adjunct Faculty at Holyoke Community College, and Faculty at the University of Phoenix. Ibrahim holds a PhD in Cognitive Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, obtained from 2000 to 2008.
