Olivier's career includes significant roles at BT - Global Services, where responsibilities spanned operational management of IT service centers, financial management of business units, and contract management. Earlier positions include work at CSSI, ServiQual Ltd, and Cramif, with a solid educational background in leadership, management, and ITIL certification.
