Mark B.

Mark B. has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Mark started their career as a Senior Auditor at Arthur Andersen & Co., where they planned and executed audit engagements for numerous public companies. Mark then joined ADVO, Inc. as a Regional Controller, where they reorganized the Financial Services team and recommended strategic changes that led to increased sales support and cost savings. Mark also served as a Division Accounting Manager at ADVO, Inc., where they implemented an Audit Review Program and streamlined processes.

Later, Mark moved to Terex Corporation, where they held multiple roles including Vice President of Finance - Roadbuilding and Utilities Segment, Director of Audit Services, and Vice President of Audit Services. In these positions, they demonstrated strong leadership skills and achieved significant results such as improving controls and accuracy of financial reporting, saving costs through department consolidation, and implementing policies critical for system implementation.

Throughout their career, Mark has been involved in various projects and initiatives focused on process improvement, financial analysis, and strategic planning. Mark has consistently prioritized customer satisfaction and maintained strong relationships with executive management and board members.

Mark B. obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce from DePaul University in 1983. Mark also earned a Master's Degree in Accountancy from DePaul University in the same year. In addition, Mark B. obtained their Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification in 1983.
