William Adler

William Adler is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in corporate communications and social responsibility across several industries. Currently serving as the Director of Corporate Communications at Terex Corporation since November 2017, William oversees executive and employee communications for a $4+ billion public industrial company. Previous roles include Communications and Corporate Social Responsibility Leader at GE Capital, where recognition included a Chairman's Award for a successful employee transition during a major corporate divestiture. William also held positions as Vice President of Global Communications at The Reader's Digest Association, Vice President of New Media and Internet at PR Newswire, and Director of Public Relations and Marketing Communications at The New York Times. William holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, English, and History from Georgetown University and participated in a Junior Year Exchange Programme at the University of Bath.
