Modi Bitterman has over 22 years of work experience. Modi began their career in 1998 as a System Administrator at Netvision. In 1999, they moved to NICE Systems as a System Administrator and QA Engineer. In 2000, they joined Mercury Interactive as a Storage Systems Manager and Sr. System Administrator. In 2008, they joined HP Software as a Project Manager for the SaaS Infrastructure Team, and later became a Senior Storage Systems Manager for the same team. In 2011, they moved to NetApp as a Sr. Systems Engineer, and in 2014 they joined Hewlett-Packard as a Global Escalation Manager for Customer Success and Software as a Service. In 2017, they joined Micro Focus as a Sr. Manager for Customer Success, Escalations and Operations. In 2020, they joined Varonis as Head of Global Escalation Engineering, and in 2022 they joined Teridion as Head of Customer Success.

Modi Bitterman is currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science- Systems & Applications at The Open University of Israel, which they began in 2018 and is expected to complete in 2022. In 2011, they obtained a NetApp Certified Data Management Administrator - NCDA certification from NetApp.
