Tonny Heelsberg Pedersen

Tonny Heelsberg Pedersen has a diverse work experience in marketing and management roles. Tonny Heelsberg began their career as an Intern at ITC International before moving on to positions at Rockwool International and Grodan B.V., where they gained experience as a Marketing Trainee, Marketing Coordinator, and Marketing Manager. Pedersen then worked at Philips Lighting, serving as a Sr. Product Market Manager and later as a Project Manager. Tonny Heelsberg was responsible for various aspects of closing a factory in Finland and managing the Nordic product marketing department. Pedersen then joined Stanley Black & Decker, Inc., where they held the role of Sr. Marketing Manager Europe at STANLEY Healthcare. During their tenure, they successfully launched and positioned the STANLEY Healthcare brand in Europe, incorporated new product categories, and exceeded lead generation targets. Pedersen also worked at TERMA Group as a Marketing Manager and later as a Marketing Director. Lastly, they served as an Officer of the Reserve (Captain) in the Royal Danish Air Force and as Assistant Secretary General at CIOR - Interallied Confederation of Reserve Officers. Overall, Pedersen has a strong background in marketing strategy, campaign creation, team leadership, and project management.

Tonny Heelsberg Pedersen received their high school education from Harbor High School in Santa Cruz, California in 1989. Tonny Heelsberg went on to complete a Business Diploma in Business, marketing, economics, and languages from Holbæk Handelsskole from 1990 to 1992. Tonny also attended the Reserve Officers Academy, Air Force in 1992-1993, earning the title of Officer. Tonny Heelsberg pursued a Master's degree in International Marketing from Syddansk Universitet - University of Southern Denmark, graduating in 2001. Additionally, they completed certificate degrees in International Marketing & International Trade & Commerce from the University of California, Santa Cruz in 1997.
