Stephen Elisha

Stephen Elisha has a diverse work experience in sales and management roles. Stephen is currently working as the National Sales Manager at Terminal Africa Inc. since 2022. Prior to this, Stephen worked at M-KOPA Solar as a Field Sales Manager from 2021 to 2022, and as a Sales Executive from 2020 to 2021. Stephen also has experience working at OPay as a Sales Manager from 2020 to 2022, and at Newedge Finance as a Sales Manager from 2018 to 2019. In their roles, Stephen has been responsible for managing sales teams, recruiting and training sales agents, setting and distributing sales targets, negotiating partnership deals with merchants, resolving customer issues, and providing feedback to improve business processes. Stephen has demonstrated skills in team management, business development, negotiation, and customer satisfaction.

Stephen Elisha obtained a High National Diploma (HND) in Business Administration and Management from The Federal Polytechnic Nekede, Owerri. Stephen attended the institution from 2014 to 2018. In addition to their formal education, they also received two additional certifications. In January 2021, they completed the GAN integrity - Compliance Training from M-KOPA. Then in September 2022, they obtained a certification in Bribery and Improper Incentives from Global Learning Systems.
