Courtney Ignelzi (Trent)

Courtney Ignelzi (Trent) has a broad range of work experience. Courtney currently serves as the Customer Success Director at Terminal, a role they have held since 2021. Prior to that, they were the Senior Client Success Manager and Client Success Manager at Intelivideo from 2019-2021. From 2016-2019, they held various roles at Stack Overflow, including Account Executive, Sales Representative, and Office and Events Manager. In this role, they controlled a $2,000 weekly budget, supervised one direct report, organized and executed company events, planned and executed company holiday parties, worked closely with Sales Managers to plan Sales Dinners, and managed event budgets. Courtney also held the role of Office Coordinator at Stack Overflow. From 2014-2016, they were a Weight Loss Specialist at SlimGenics, where they counseled clients on their weight loss journey, answered questions pertaining to nutrition, and educated clients how to eat a balanced diet.

Courtney Ignelzi (Trent) began their educational journey in 2003 when they earned their High School Diploma from Corona del Sol. From 2009 to 2011, they attended Mesa Community College, studying Foods, Nutrition, and Wellness Studies, General. From 2011 to 2013, Courtney earned their Nutrition Communication degree from Arizona State University in the field of Foods, Nutrition, and Related Services.
