Erick Méndez

Erick Méndez has been working in the recruitment field since 2017. Erick began their career at Softtek as a Talent Attraction, where they were responsible for recruitment of IT profiles, analysis and job descriptions, negotiation, job postings, interviews, full cycle process for recruitment and selection of employees, coordination of technical interviews, and English level evaluations. In 2019, they joined AIMS International WE FIND&GROW YOUR LEADERS as a Talent Attraction, where they worked with different clients doing full recruitment life cycle, specializing in profiles such as Developers (Front-End, Back-End, Full-Stack Engineers, iOS, Android, QA’s, Product Manager/Owner, Engineering Managers, and more. In 2021, they began working at Terminal as a Technical Recruiter.

Erick Méndez earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidad de Guadalajara between 2011 and 2016.
