Tess Manderson

Tess Manderson has a diverse and extensive work experience. Tess began their career as an Area Manager at Mattress Firm in 2005. In 2009, they moved to The Intersect Group where they held the position of Program Manager and IT Sales & Account Manager. In 2011, they joined HUNTER Technical - htrjobs.com as a Regional Vice President and Sales & Account Manager/Senior Recruiter. In 2015, Tess began working for Gorilla Logic as Vice President - Client Services & Global Talent Operations and Vice President - Global Talent & HR Operations. In their role, Tess was responsible for the establishment of Talent Acquisition department processes, KPIs, and proactive recruiting pipeline to enable Just-in-Time hiring. Tess successfully established & cultivated nearshore operations in Costa Rica and Colombia, and scaled the team from 2 to 9. Tess also managed consultant utilization to 85% across 650 employees in Costa Rica, Colombia and the US. In 2021, Tess took a one year Professional Sabbatical to travel, recharge, and thoughtfully consider the next step in their career. In 2022, Tess began their current role as Global VP, Talent at Terminal.

Tess Manderson obtained their Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of South Dakota in 2005. Tess also holds a certification as a SAFe 4 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc.
