Heather Ferneyhough

Heather Ferneyhough has held various roles in the Human Resources field since 2002. Heather began their career at Maple Leaf Foods Inc. as an Employment Coordinator. Heather then moved to Body Blue where they held the role of Human Resources Coordinator. In 2003, they joined Intelligarde as an Assistant Manager Human Resources. In 2005, they joined Stryker and held various roles, including Senior Manager, Human Resources, Senior Manager, Compliance Officer, Supervisor, HR Administration, and Senior Human Resources Representative. In 2020, they joined Terminal as Global Director, People, RMP and Senior Manager, People Operations, Canada.

Heather Ferneyhough holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and History from McMaster University, as well as an Honours Post Graduate in Human Resources Management from Humber College. Heather also holds two certifications: a Certified Gallup Strengths Coach from Gallup, obtained in February 2018, and a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) from HRPA - Human Resources Professionals Association, obtained in May 2007.
