Dragana Sevic

Dragana Sevic has a strong background in project management and consulting. Dragana has held various leadership roles in companies such as Terminus Capital Partners, Sevic Consulting, ESW Capital, Erste Bank, Ahold Delhaize, Schneider Electric, Hypo Alpe Adria Group, Hypo Alpe-Adria-Bank, and Electric Power Industry of Serbia. Their expertise includes due diligence of potential acquisitions, analysis and evaluation of different areas of an acquisition, leading improvement initiatives, establishment and alignment of project management offices, budgeting and tracking projects, monitoring and reporting project performance, and talent development in project management.

Dragana Sevic holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Sciences from the University of Belgrade, which they obtained from 1996 to 2001. Dragana also holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from CentraleSupelec Paris, which they earned from 2002 to 2004. In addition to their degrees, Dragana has obtained various certifications, including SAFe 5 Agilist Certification from Scaled Agile, Inc., and Professional Scrum Product Owner and Professional Scrum Master certifications from Scrum.org. Dragana has also completed certifications in Continuous Delivery & DevOps, Introduction to Software Product Management, Software Processes and Agile Practices, and Lean Master from various institutions such as Coursera and SGS. Dragana's most recent certification is as a Business Architect, obtained from the Business Architecture Center of Excellence in 2016.
