Mohamed Lakehal has worked in various roles in the technology industry since 1998. Mohamed started their career as an ASIC design engineer at Goal Semiconductor. Mohamed then moved to Matrox Inc. in 1999 as a Senior ASIC Physical Design Engineer. In 2003, they joined NVIDIA as a VLSI-Physical Design Project Lead and Staff Engineer Physical Design and Verification. In 2010, they became the Director of Engineering and Design Centre Manager at Dubai Circuit Design (Dubai Silicon Oasis). Mohamed was then Deputy Director, Technology Enablement at GLOBALFOUNDRIES from 2011 to 2016. In 2020, they took on the role of Strategy & Business Development Executive, IOT and Digital Transformation, and in 2022 they became the Director Of Business Development and Innovation at Terminus Group.
Mohamed Lakehal began their education in 1987 at Ecole Nationale Polytechnique (ENP) in Algeria. Mohamed then attended Universit\u00e9 Saad Dahlab de Blida from 1990 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering. From 1997 to 2002, they attended the University of Quebec. In 2015, they obtained a Global Management Certification from INSEAD, with a focus on Strategic Initiatives Management and Strategic R&D Management. In October 2022, they obtained the 5-Day Digital Business Transformation Challenge certification from CXO Transform.
