Andrew Henk

Andrew Henk has a diverse range of work experience in the software engineering field. Andrew is currently working as a Technical Lead Engineer at Terminus, where they are responsible for designing and implementing user experience for new marketing features. Andrew also coordinates with remote contracting teams and establishes best practices for junior engineers. Prior to this role, Andrew worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Terminus.

Before joining Terminus, Andrew worked as a Senior Software Engineer at OpenText and as a Software Developer at Tyler Technologies. At OpenText, they contributed to software engineering projects. At Tyler Technologies, they were responsible for developing software solutions.

Early in their career, Andrew worked as a Junior Software Engineer at Otis Elevator Co., where they participated in the design and engineering of the front-end of the connected products and Internet of Things program. Andrew was also involved in research, design, and implementation of front-end features using various technologies.

Outside of their software engineering roles, Andrew also gained experience in other fields. Andrew served as a Resident Assistant and Conference Assistant at FGCU Housing & Residence Life, where they assisted students and provided support within a housing community. Andrew also worked as a Maintenance Assistant at FGCU Housing & Residence Life.

Andrew Henk received their Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering from Florida Gulf Coast University, where they studied from 2012 to 2016. In addition to their degree, they obtained a Permaculture Design Certificate from Florida Gulf Coast University in May 2016 and became a Certified ScrumMaster from the Scrum Alliance in March 2018.
