Justin McDonald is the current VP & GM of Chat at Terminus. Justin has held this position since April 2020. Prior to this, they were the Senior Vice President, GM of Conversational Marketing at Terminus from February 2018 to April 2020. Justin was also the CEO of RambleChat from January 2012 to August 2018. Justin has over 15 years of experience in Business Development and has been recognized as a top performer in their field.
