Joanne is the manager of the office administration team as well as being the voice on the ‘phone as she responds to your incoming calls. She is on the receiving end of some very colorful calls! She is also responsible for keeping the accounts and for overseeing a small team who processes the mountains of reports being generated for the clients. Jo’s energy and professionalism enable her to understand the client’s situation and provide them with detailed information about termites and how to use the industry’s services in a practical way. Jo’s dedication and caring assistance to the clients has been key in developing the company’s client base.
