Customer Success Lead at Termsheet

Jasmine Brandt has worked in a variety of roles since 2010. Jasmine began their career as a Server at Longboard's Bar & Grill in 2010. In 2014, they moved to Impulse as a Client Services - Account Representative. In 2015, they joined Procore Technologies as an Account Manager, where they were responsible for taking clients through the implementation process to get their account set up, their core users trained, and helping them establish a roll out plan to educate the rest of their company. Jasmine then moved up to Team Lead, Procore.org Customer Success, followed by Manager, Procore.org Customer Success, and finally Customer Success Operations Manager. Most recently, in 2022, they joined TermSheet as a Customer Success Lead.

Jasmine Brandt obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Sociology from UC Santa Barbara in 2013. In 2018, they completed a Brick by Brick Facilitator Training Course with Procore Technologies. In 2015, they obtained Procore Certified: Associate with Procore Technologies.
