Chad Nieswand

Chad Nieswand is an accomplished recruiter and talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in the technology and financial services sectors. As the Founding Recruiter at Tern since April 2025, Chad partners with the founding team and leadership to manage recruitment efforts for innovative travel technology solutions. Previously, Chad served as a Senior Recruiter at Signal Advisors from August 2021 to April 2025, where responsibilities included leading recruiting strategies and providing operational support. Earlier experiences include roles as Account Executive and Senior Recruiter at Analysts from August 2014 to August 2021, and as an Account Executive and Technical Recruiter at Brooksource from August 2012 to July 2014. Chad holds a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies in Social Science from Michigan State University.
